ContactHow ordering works
From first enquiry to paid invoice, step by step
Nothing is bought on this site. You describe your studio through the contact page, we agree the scope in writing, and payment follows by invoice. Each step produces a document you can keep, so both sides know what has been agreed.
-
Send an enquiry
Use the contact form to describe your studio, the programmes it produces and the problem you want solved. Mention crew size, equipment you already own and any rehearsal or broadcast dates that matter to you.
What you leave with
A message we can read and reply to with clarifying questions.
-
Talk through the scope
We reply with questions and, where useful, arrange a call or a visit to the studio. This is where we establish which services apply, how many days are likely and what you need to have ready beforehand.
What you leave with
A shared understanding of the work and what is left out.
-
Receive a written quotation
We send a quotation listing each service, the price of each, what the price includes and what could change it, such as extra days or travel. You can ask us to adjust it before you decide.
What you leave with
A written quotation with itemised prices in pounds sterling.
-
Confirm in writing
When the quotation suits you, reply to confirm it. We then agree dates with your team. Cancellations and changes at this stage follow the payment and refund policy, which you can read before you confirm.
What you leave with
A written confirmation and agreed dates for the work.
-
Pay the invoice by bank transfer
After the work, or at the stage set out in the confirmation, we issue an invoice. You pay it by bank transfer using the details shown on it. Refunds, where they apply, follow the published policy.
What you leave with
A paid invoice and a record of the work delivered.
The review gave us a clear list of changes for the gallery. Our rundown calls became calmer within a couple of weeks, and the crew knew who was talking to whom.
